One of our key technologies is the synthesis of particles in a wet process. These are particles with diameters ranging from a few hundred nanometers up to a few micrometers. To synthesize our particles, we use their precipitation from suitable salt solutions. As part of a new manufacturing process, we rely on special nozzle systems. These generate precise liquid streams from the two components, which slide past each other, forming the particles on the contact surface. Since the chemical reaction takes place outside of the nozzles, clogging is virtually impossible and a high liquid throughput is guaranteed. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The manufacturing technology we use delivers particles in an extremely narrow size distribution of very high purity and quality. The possible liquid throughputs in the systems are very high, which ensures a very high productivity.
